It’s-How-Cold!?!? Minnesota Soups

Just when you thought this frigid winter couldn’t get worse…It’s HOW cold right now?

If you’re stuck inside today too, here are some great Minnesota soup recipes from the dark days of the last few winters. Most of the recipes are made with simple ingredients you’re likely to have on hand already since a trip to the store is not high on anyone’s list today.

Stay warm Minnesota – see you when we thaw out in a few days!

  1. I have yet to try that Brau Brother’s soup. For whatever reason, this pregnancy, I want a beer more than anything. (Last time around it was feta and red wine). Maybe this will be my fix until this baby comes out 🙂 Stay warm!!
