    Find it Local Friday: Fresh Mozzarella

    I’m in the process of packing a picnic for the kitchen partner and I today. We’re off to see The Wizard at Como Park Pavilion at 7 p.m. The City of St. Paul’s Music in the Park program always has a good outdoor community theater production and dinner at the edge of Lake Como is a nice way to end the week. I’ve packed a caprese salad for the picnic with gorgeous slices of fresh, local mozzarella, and basil from our garden.  Also a nice way to end the week.
